“I’ve been a loyal customer of Hyundai since 2019. My family purchased our 3rd car with the company today and it was the easiest I have ever experienced. The last 2 purchases were with Mark H. He is the best person to have on your team. He’s honest and listens to what you want. He brought in Daniel to assist us with working through everything and that sealed the deal he was amazing; very personable and kind. Jenkins Hyundai has 2 MVP’s. I recommend them to anyone. You’d be in great hands. I had a neighbor who was down on her luck and needed a reliable car about 2yrs ago I sent her to Mark, and she was in a beautiful new car by the end of the week.”

“We had an excellent experience buying our new car- the Hyundai Tucson. Mark and Daniel both did a magnificent job walking us through the entire process. They were very accommodating to our needs, professional, patient, and made every step of the way stress-free.
They've been good at answering our questions and ensuring that we felt comfortable with our purchase. They are both reliable and helpful with the process, making the total experience easy.
Thank you, Daniel and Mark, for the exceptional assistance. We absolutely love our new car. We highly recommend both of them if you're looking for a new vehicle. :)”

“Had a great experience here. Purchased our second new car from the dream team - Mark H. and Daniel K. They make it effortless to get your dream car and get on the road in something you are happy with. And they have a play area for kids that our son LOVED. It is a very family friendly business with warm people through and through.”

“Overall great experience. Our husband and wife salespeople William and Malu were great. Very personalable and friendly, addressing all my questions and concerns. My finance person Victor was very nice and made the process seamless and fast. Had a few issues after taking delivery but the sales manager Ron listened to my concerns and arranged for correcting the issues to my satisfaction. Loving my new 2026 Palisade Hybrid!”

“WHAT HAPPENED? I thought I was going to a reliable dealership that would take care of my needs. The experience, however, unraveled pretty quickly.
When I first got here to take in my car, I was quoted a oil pressure sensor change that would run about $850. I brought the car in and checked it in. Then I waited for close to 30 minutes because the shuttle driver no-show that day. I understand those things happen.
After being dropped off to my office, which was about 4 miles away, I got a call shortly thereafter from the service agent who said that he mis- quoted and now what’s $851 will be $1525.00 before tax. Because I was a veteran they said they would give me a discount of 10%.
They said it would be done in about four hours, but my car sat here for two days. When it finally was repaired, I left the dealership and after driving 2 miles my car stalled. I had to turn around and drive back to the dealership and here I sit watching the television, hoping that they will fix it by 4 PM.
In the invoice I received, the total at the bottom is $1525.00. They said they gave me a great veterans discount, so I am trying to understand how did $851.00 become $1525.00? They promised me a discount and I got nothing? If you’re gonna tell a service-connected veteran that you’re gonna give them a discount then you should honor it. That’s why people get so frustrated with companies. Where is the integrity?
To top everything off while I was waiting for my car to be checked in, an aggressive young man who sells cars here was trying to buy my car away to sell me another one. I don’t understand why everyone’s going around, trying to attack the customers. When I told him that my plan was to give my car away to a family member who needed one and I didn’t plan on selling it because scripture say it’s much better to give than receive, he didn’t like that answer and walked away.
I will say the Service rep whose name is Tom was a nice guy, and I am always willing to readjust my reviews and change them if I get the consideration of a phone call from a service manager, but why do you people only ever respond when someone says nice things about you? Why don’t you reach out to the people who had the problems?
I’ll let you guys know if I hear from him..”
