“When I think of excellent customer service going forward, Hamid Sadat and his manager Jay Sadat will always be considered the gold standard. I initiated the car buying process with Hamid and he was so personable. He asked me what I needed and what I wanted in the most genuine way. I was in a 8 year old Toyota Highlander and was buying my first Jeep Vehicle. I knew I wanted a Grand Wagoneer L and Hamid found the perfect one. With the help of his manager, Jay, the numbers were so good I decided to trade in my wife’s vehicle and buy a Grand Cherokee L. They helped make the numbers make sense where we got two brand new vehicles for less than the payment of the original intended purchase.
