“I was assisted July 8th for the recent Hyundai recall. When scheduling the appt I asked how long would the service take and it was mentioned about an hour and a half. I got to my appt at 10:45a ahead of my 11:45a appt scheduled time. The lobby was surprisingly full of people. And I could only imagine it was due to this reason. I understood that it may be longer than expected and decided I would just hang outside the service dept and wait. Hattie came out and told me and other individuals that they would get a car ready to take us home due to the garage AC not working and it was REALLY hot for them to operate in a timely fashion. And waiting in the heat was not an option for them towards us as clients. And I understood truly. I’m happy that this dept did not let this concern show to clients like myself and made me feel important knowing that in due time we would be assisted as quickly as they could get to me. I’m appreciative I had a way home and a way back to the dealership. And the complimentary car wash is always a plus. My servicer was amazing and he ensured excellent client satisfaction.”
