“I had no problems buying and trading in my truck for a 2023 Infiniti qx80. I was told that the truck was looked over many times. So I went home and checked one of the easiest things to check. Air filters. As you can see they were never changed. First is engine filter and second is cabin filter. I also need to replace my wipers as well.”

“Highly impressed with CarMax and would 100% recommend. I bought a new car, first shipped $99 from Clearwater FL and there was a couple big scratches I didn’t notice until 2 weeks later. Not to worry, there is a 2 or 3 month guarantee. When they rolled my car out I thought the front was brand new! They even filled up my tank for me. What a pleasure. Only downsides are there was a bit of a delay sometimes, i.e. at one point they lost my keys lol But the extra service made it very worthwhile.”

“This was the easiest car buying experience of my life! For reference I’m almost 37 and I have purchased around 10 vehicles. I already knew exactly what I wanted so it was really easy to find what I wanted online and it was actually at another location a few hours away. And for no charge they shipped it to this location and set up an appointment for me to come test drive it. When I got there to test drive it, everything was extremely easy and pressure free. Terry was the person that helped me. I think I was there total for one hour. I did come with my preapproval check from my bank so that helped save a lot of time but other than that, there was no pressure to buy the vehicle like pushy sales people usual are they’re just not like that at Carmax they were very informative, confident in what they were selling and explained everything super clearly. I love the fact that I got some type of warranty and 10 days to return the vehicle if something happens because as you know a lot of places when you walk off the lot that’s it. I’ve actually had that happen to me so it makes me feel a lot better knowing that they stand behind the vehicles because if they didn’t, they wouldn’t offer this type of protection. I will definitely be recommending and buying again with Carmax.”

“Thank goodness for CarMax! The high pressure sales and pressure tactics of typical car dealerships are nonexistent here. I did my homework online, looking at various cars and price points all around Jacksonville but I knew I would come here to buy. I like that their processing fee is super reasonable and right up front. No ridiculous surprise add on fees at the end. Rob, my salesman was super helpful and patient. I test drove three cars, without a salesperson tagging along, and came back the next morning for one more drive before completing my purchase. I paid cash for the car so I don’t have any experience with the ‘dreaded’ finance office. This is my fourth CarMax purchase over the past 20 years and I highly recommend them. I can leave with a new car and a big smile instead of feeling stressed out and frazzled. This is the way car buying should be.”
