Arias Hall. He had a calming voice and a relaxed attitude. He walked us over to his desk and the chaotic feel of the room seemed to fade in the background. This made us feel as if we were talking to a family member. He was meticulous when going over the car and the paperwork. He made sure we had all our questions answered and ensuring full disclosure regarding the car along with any recalls for that make and model. If the opportunity arises again, I will use CarMax and know that the car will be road worthy.”
