“We bought my daughter a Red Honda Accord Sport 2021, and my daughter drove it for about a week, and then it started lighting up like a Christmas tree on the dashboard with all kinds of issues. As it turns out, a head gasket needed to be replaced on a 2021 Honda Accord. We did not take out any warranty because I thought, with it being a fairly new Honda Accord, I was good to go, but boy, I was very wrong. Mind you, all this took place before we even made the first payment on this vehicle. To say that I’m disappointed is an understatement; so is my daughter.”

“I want to disclose this to anyone dealing with Capital Auto Premier, LLC, this dealership. They falsely advertise the vehicles price and say that there is an additional $4,995 tacked on to the price that they will absolutely not mention over the phone. When you ask them for a cost breakdown they will tell you they’re too “busy” to assist you over the phone and that they’re with “customers” they didn’t even want to send over a carfax. We finally had a salesperson that spoke to us, Christina. She gave us a breakdown of the cost and totally left out the $4,995 that we specifically mentioned their google reviews that they bait and switch their customers and add on 5k when you get there. She said we don’t do that. When we got there the front bumper on the car was falling off as well. It had scratches and they had the audacity to add on another $5,000! How are these guys not getting lawsuits left and right? I will save you the 3 hour drive we made and go buy your car somewhere else, and when we got there they didn’t even have a fly at their dealership it was all just sneaky salesmen waiting to bait and switch you. Take these reviews as a grain of salt and don’t waste your own time.”
