That was done within a day. Walking into CarMax we found the show room was being remodeled and several people were there. A gentleman smiled and greeted us and introduced himself. His name... Arias Hall. He had a calming voice and a relaxed attitude. He walked us over to his desk and the chaotic feel of the room seemed to fade in the background. This made us feel as if we were talking to a family member. He was meticulous when going over the car and the paperwork.
