“I purchased my Jeep from this dealership and have had ongoing issues since. I had to bring the vehicle back due to a death wobble, and during that visit I also pointed out that the steering wheel was off-center while driving straight and was told an alignment would correct it. When I picked up the vehicle, the steering wheel was still not straight. I called immediately and was told to turn around and bring it back, which I did. Despite that, I was once again given the vehicle back with the steering wheel still off-center. When I raised the concern again, I was told that the technician said “Jeeps are just like that,” which is simply not true. This is my second Jeep, and my previous one did not drive this way—especially not after an alignment. I left feeling dismissed rather than listened to. As a female customer, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I was not asking for anything unreasonable, just for the vehicle I purchased to be properly diagnosed, aligned, and returned in correct condition. It is especially disappointing knowing that I now have to seek a second opinion elsewhere and pay out-of-pocket for an issue that should have been corrected the first time, or better yet, never sold with a death wobble and uneven steering wheel to begin with. This experience has caused me to lose confidence in the service provided. The photo attached are taken while the Jeep was going straight no curves or turns, just a straight highway drive.”
