“Went to look at a used infinity with very low miles i found online. The upper screen was messing up and I was informed that it was scheduled to be replaced. I didn’t even drive the car, I told them I liked it and was interested in buying it and would be happy to look at it when it was fixed. They urged me to drive the car and it was exactly what I was looking for. The sales manager said if the screen was the only thing stopping me that it wasn’t a concern because they wete installing a new “$4500.00” one. My salesman Greg was excellent to work with! But the sales manager used the cost of the screen as a reason he couldn’t negotiate on the price, “he’s already losing money “. So I do all the paperwork and agree to sign everything when the screen is in and I pick the car up. When I went back to get it they had put a salvage sceen in the car that looked like you gouged it in multiple places with a screwdriver or something. I told them I wasn’t accepting that, the car had 57k miles on it and was pretty much flawless. The sales manager said that screen cost him $1500.00 instead of $4500.00 so that’s what he did, and if I didn’t want the car “that’s fine, I’ll just sell it to someone else “. The tech guy came out and said he could get another screen. So the drew up a paper that a screen with no damage would be installed, we signed it, and I bought the car. New screen comes in, I drop the car off and tell them none of the navigation (which is in the screen they replaced) was working. They keep the car for a week and call me to inform me its ready but the navigation doesn’t work and I will have to take it to infinity to have it flashed on my own, they aren’t putting anymore money in the car! Mind you, the only issue they are spending any money or time on is the one issue they said would be like new from the first time I saw the car!! I go to pick it up and the backup camera doesn’t work now (has worked the entire time). I was told maybe if I took it to infinity and spent the $275.00 to have it flashed maybe it would fix it. I refused. They kept the car for a few more days. I had to call multiple departments and threaten to reach out to the main boss to get anyone to call me about it (other than Greg who was in constant communication with me but couldn’t get any info on what they were doing). I picked the car up and the backup camera works but the bluetooth doesn’t connect anymore (worked until they had it last) and the volume randomly goes up and down while driving now. Not sure what im going to have to spend on an issue that the sales manager assured me would be taken care of. This is my 16 year old daughters car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SERRA USED CARS AT ALL!!! BEWARE!!!”

“The actual service went as expected. The service guys that do the work were friendly and were done in 20 minutes. The customer service side was awful. No greeting, the initial interaction was awkward. When my car was finished I couldn't leave because I was blocked in by another customer, customer service said "They will move in just a minute" instead I had to wait 5 more minutes. Not the end of the world, but when I bought my first brand new car from a dealership I expected better. I received better treatment at carmax and could get a bottle of water while I waited rather than out of an overpriced vending machine. Service crew great, customer service needs to do better.”
