CarMax Jackson TN

“Bought a 2019 ram 1500 big horn. I had it shipped from Indianapolis City Indiana. The shipping took over a week. When it got there they were supposed to do a 125+ point inspection after it gets off the shipping truck before they can sell it. So when it arrives they tell me I can get it the next day. So I drive 3 hours to the jackson Tennessee car max. When I get there the truck had scratches and paint chips all down it. The tires had dry rot on every single one. There was a cracked exhaust manifold which you could easily hear. They spent 30 minutes to " clean it in and out" it was still very dirty. In total there was 5800 dollars of stuff wrong with the truck not including the paint. They wanted me to drive the 3 hours back up to fix the paint instead of going with the $1500 quote I got locally. Which I dont have time to waste a whole day because they cant do their job. They obviously didnt do a 125 point inspection. They were in a hurry to sell the vehicle. When it came to get the stuff fixed for the truck it was like pulling teeth. It took way to long to approve the auto shops quotes.”
