“Beware! I called this place on a Friday to confirm the price and availability of a 2021 Mercedes Benz GLB. Drove from Baltimore to NY to purchase this vehicle. Got there at 6pm didn’t leave until 11:30pm While discussing numbers I learn that the number listed $21,000 is false the they want to sell me for $25,000. Explained to the guy that I called to confirm this price before I drove 4hrs away. They ended reducing the number a bit and I was ok with it. While doing the financing they tried to have me reach out to some insurance guy that will cut my insurance in half. Sound like a good idea but they person that does it wasn’t able to do it for someone in Maryland. Glad it worked out that way bc I have no idea if it is a scam.. anyway, purchased the vehicle and left. Around 2:30am I noticed the check engine light was on. Tried to go back to the dealership on Sunday because their Google page said they would be open. Had to come back to Baltimore for work and had my mechanic take a look at the vehicle. The vehicle was diagnosed with a Cylinder 3 issue and fuel injector issue. Which could simply mean it needs new spark plugs or the cylinder is clogged or dirty. Which for me shouldn’t be an issue within 3 hours of me owning the vehicle. Someone at the dealership told me to have my mechanic change the spark plugs and they will pay for it but if my mechanic work on the vehicle I need to sign a form saying they they will not have anything to do with the vehicle anymore. To me that’s a great escape for them. So I decided to just have them bring back my vehicle that I traded in and cancel the deal. While I am waiting for them to deliver my vehicle I am on the watch to buy different car on Auto List I noticed that they already listed the vehicle for sale before they even picked it up from me. On the listing I saw that made me go to NY for it was at $21,000 and they said they wanted $25,000 when I got there. On Auto list the vehicle is now listed at $26,000. I can’t tell you not to buy from here but business is bad and remember you work hard for your money for a business like this to destroy your credit and financial flexibility by selling you a vehicle that needs fixing hours after you purchase. And it is NY vehicle scamming is very popular .”
