“To keep a long story short, I recently when to go buy a ct6 from Dallas direct auto. I got my vehicle delivered to my house 2 hours away and immediately on arrival I saw this severe paint damages especially on the hood. They said there is nothing that can be done as they sell their vehicles “as is”. This was not shown at all on the website or pictures of this car. I genuinely got scammed of what I was thought I was truly buying. Pictures below show what was represented online vs the actual car.”

“Went in on the afternoon of 9/5/25. I had seen 2 SUV’s on line that interested me and made arrangements to test them both. The first was available for me to drive, the 2nd wasn’t due to the engine light having come on and it was in the shop. It was the older of the 2 cars by a year a bit cheaper and had less mileage. Well I needed a car and they had decent reviews and a car salesman is a car salesman anywhere, so I did the deal. Now I filled out paperwork and gave my deposit and was left to my own devices for quite awhile. I was hungry and getting tired, getting annoyed.
