(Edit on 11/11) EV Dodge Daytona – back in the service department… again. My 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona has now been in the service department for an entire month. I purchased it brand new on August 1st, and in less than 30 days of ownership, it’s already been in for service four separate times. Since being towed in again over Labor Day weekend, I’ve been completely without my vehicle. My service advisor has done her best, but the lack of communication, accountability, and updates from the service department overall has been unacceptable. I currently have no car, no updates, and no support. Every attempt to escalate has led to voicemails or dead ends — no response from management, and no clear plan for resolution. Dodge / Mopar, I need help. I’ve owned this car for less than 30 days, yet have only been able to drive it for maybe two weeks. To make matters worse, I’ve had to pay out of pocket for towing on a brand-new vehicle. This entire experience has been deeply disappointing. At this point, I don’t know where else to turn for help or accountability.
