âI recently went to sell a love one's vehicle who had recently passed and I want to thank Kim in the Sales dept. I went online, got a quote, took it in and she was so kind and compassionate about my situation. She helped me work thru a few items and I sold the vehicle back to them. She brought me my check and then asked if she could give me a hug! It brought tears to my friend and I! Thank you Kim! The world needs more compassionate people like you!!â

âI sold my car here. Did not buy. But from the online process to the quote to my check in hand, I was completely surprised with how easy this was. Pam, was amazing and kind. All the business office staff was friendly and welcoming. I was stunned. They ordered me a Lyft. And the mints at the desk were so good. Every person I saw with a CM shirt on said hello to me. My experience was a great one. Best of luck to you all.â

âI had an amazing experience at CarMax. Bob was so much help, very communicative through the entire process, understanding, hospitable, and explanatory with some great advice Iâm so glad I used! He is so awesome, ASK FOR BOB â you wonât regret it. I love my car so much, and Bob listened to my wants and needs throughout the whole process, and thatâs why I left with exactly what I was looking for. He made the process stress-free which is so rare when buying such a big purchase. He was honest and patient with me and my family.
CarMax isnât a dealership with employees just trying to make a sale and scam you out of your money. They are upfront and honest and donât make you pay more than what you should, or try to persuade you a certain way. For your next car, go to CarMax, but more importantly, use Bob to purchase your new car!!!! Thanks again Bob!â

I had a fantastic car-buying experience at CarMax! From start to finish, the process was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyableâwhich is saying a lot when it comes to buying a car.
A huge shoutout to my salesman, Sly, who was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable throughout the process. The business office team was also great to work with, especially Guadalupe, who was kind, efficient, and explained everything clearly.
I really appreciated the no-pressure, no-haggle approachâit made a huge difference and allowed me to make the best decision without feeling rushed or pushed.
The only feedback I have is regarding the service department. Itâs extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone by phone, and there doesnât seem to be a clear follow-up process unless you go through your salesperson or the business office. Definitely something CarMax should take a look at.
That said, everyone I interacted with was super friendly, helpful, and professional. I would absolutely recommend CarMax to anyone looking for a straightforward and positive car-buying experience!â
