âThis was our third Genesis dealership we contacted on our quest to buy a new 2025 GV80 3.5 Prestige vehicle.
This dealership was initially easy to deal with; however everything turned unacceptable when the salesperson and sales manager made a deal with us for the specific vehicle we wanted to purchase only to find that they didn't have the vehicle any longer. They were not managing their inventory as they should have.
It only got worse as they called to offer other vehicles that they could obtain from other local Genesis dealerships only to find that they couldn't get them either.
Very frustrating waste of time. We ultimately found the specific vehicle we wanted to buy at Genesis of Corona. They provided honest and thoughtful services to help us through the buying process. Roman is an outstanding salesperson there.
I recommend you avoid Genesis of Irvine and head over to Genesis of Corona.â

âIâve owned a Genesis for about 8 years and always had great service when the Irvine location was part of Hyundai. Since Genesis split off, the service has gone downhill.
Scheduling was frustratingâthe staff didnât seem to know the services, and the first appointment was days away. I was originally told no appointment was needed and that pick-up/drop-off and loaner cars were included, but those options are gone and no one informed me.
At my appointment, they said a nearly new tire with a small nail âcouldnât be repaired,â but it was easily patched elsewhere. They also lost my unique valve caps and only admitted it after checking video footage. For both of the last two services, they even forgot to reset the service light on the dashboard.
Very disappointing compared to the excellent Hyundai-era service.â

Had an awesome experience at Genesis Irvine! Jaclyn Fernandes was my service advisor and she was absolutely fantasticâsuper helpful, communicative, and clearly knows her stuff. She made the whole warranty repair process for my AC system smooth and stress-free, even setting me up with a loaner while my car was in the shop. Total lifesaver!
Also had a great chat with Sam from sales about the upcoming GV80 Coupe Black Seriesâcanât wait to get on that pre-order list! Big thanks to the team for the top-notch service! âď¸â

â5âď¸What a different experience at this Irvine location versus corona or Ontario. Irvine was Way more helpful. Straightforward. And understanding of the customer wants. So I Purchased a gv80 with JASON. And he was phenomenal. Super extra patient (and Iâm super needy /picky with 200 questions) always delivered information thoroughly. Very respectful. And his colleagues also were always making sure I was ok if I needed a drink while I wait. And stayed til the late late night getting it all handled. Just a different experience and glad I went here.
Jason is still attentive with my needs or questions I have.
Definitely recommend this place. And ask for Jason B!
