If you’re looking for a true professional to help you find the Nissan of your choice, Edward is the person to see. He was extremely polite and took the time to listen carefully to my needs and budget. His priority was making sure I left as a satisfied customer. Edward went above and beyond to make me feel valued and comfortable.He treated me like a valued customer rather than just another sale.
However, I can only give 1 star to John, the manager. Although he initially came across as pleasant, his personality felt overly aggressive and overbearing just to close the deal. I’ve been a loyal Nissan customer for nine years, (delt with Derwin with no issues) but because of John’s approach, I reluctantly decided to leave.
I clearly expressed how I was feeling and told him I just needed a few hours to think. After being at the dealership for three hours, I felt rushed, pressured, and overwhelmed. Despite conveying my feelings to him, he continued to push, which made me very uncomfortable. I asked to leave three times and requested my credit card back three times, and each time it felt like an issue. At one point, I even felt like a hostage.
I’m truly sad that I had to walk away because I genuinely love my Nissan Rogue. Unfortunately, I just couldn’t handle the stress, haggling, and constant pressure.”
