Updated review: lol jk! Apparently the bank can rescind funding for a loan, therefore I had to return my vehicle. Whatever, I'll return my car. Brandon stated he would refund my down payment + receive an email showing the money was deducted from their side. It has now been five days and I still do not have my $1,000, nor do I have a receipt or email. Brandon has not reached out to me since I was there on Thursday. A down payment is a lot of money, and I would greatly appreciate it if they had followed through on their agreements. Original review: First and foremost: Steve, you are a ROCKSTAR!!! I saw a 2016 Toyota Prius on their website, figured I'd go check it out but I wanted to get numbers before going into the dealership. I submitted the credit application on their website and was talking with someone in their finance department. They had some crazy figures they got back to me with, so I figured I'd go and discuss it in person. I called to set up an appointment and Jovonie answered the phone. He sounded all unconcerned, didn't care, had just rolled outta bed to pick up this call. He scheduled my appointment and told me to come see him. I ended up asking to speak with someone else once I got there, and that's how I met Steve. Normally, when you see a salesperson, you think, "oh man I'm about to get sold so much extra stuff by a guy who doesn't care about anything other than getting paid," but with him it was clear right off the bat he cared about what I had to say and what I wanted. We sat down and started talking about the car I wanted, I told him about the Prius. Turns out Jovonie was sitting caddy corner from us and turned around to pull us from Steve. It was... embarrassing to say the least. He left and we thankfully didn't see him again the rest of the time we were there. Steve took us on a test drive and was amazing to us the entire time, seeming genuinely interested in everything we had to say and answering to the best of his ability everything we asked. Dude knows his stuff. When it came to me buying the car, he was relentless with the finance guys - I've got awful credit but I make a decent amount, so he fought for me in whatever money dungeon they've got in there so I could leave with this car... and that I did! Insurance purchased, papers signed, and I'm still happy about my purchase and how things went. My least favorite part was Jovonie - he's the kind of sales guy you don't like. You can even tell over the phone. Thank you Luther Nissan Kia crew and especially Steve! I love my car and I'm glad I was able to get it.

Danny was great! I had been researching and test driving cars for a couple of weeks and as I entered the dealership, my first choice was a Toyota Highlander Hybrid. After test driving the Nissan Pathfinder, I found the Pathfinder to be comparable to my wants and needs. Danny found the one that had the biggest discount at the time and with the zero percent financing being offered, I was sold. Danny advocated for me with my trade-in, I didn't get exactly what I wanted but came out with an acceptable compromise. I was the last customer in the store and Danny helped me until the end including transferring items from my old car to my new one and taking time to give me a new car orientation. It was late, and I'm sure he was ready to go home. Jamie, the finance manager was also great and very personable. She helped me choose the best warranty and additional options for me. She did not pressure the up-sale, but listened to my concerns and needs to find a solution that worked best for me. She set-up the appointment I needed to for the rust protection, which went very smoothly. Thank you Danny and Jamie for a great car buying experience!

Our salesman, Rudy, had almost all the paperwork done for us before we got there. We test drove the car and loved it. Had it not been for Rudy, we wouldn't have even looked at a Kia. Rudy was excellent! He was not pushy, he went out of his way to find us a vehicle that fit our budget, and got us a newer vehicle than we were looking at. He made sure to find us a certified pre-owned so it also had factory warranty left on it. I highly recommend Luther Nissan and especially Rudy!

I had a fantastic experience at Luther! Every staff member I interacted with provided me with excellent customer service, particularly my sales representative, John. I respect not only John's expertise, but more importantly, his dedication to serving the customer. From the moment I first stepped through the door to the moment I drove away in my new car, John made the entire process so easy. He went above and beyond, even answering questions for me outside his scheduled hours at the dealership. I absolutely love my new vehicle, and would highly recommend Luther Nissan/Kia of Inver Grove for your vehicle needs.

​I am writing this review after my unsuccessful attempts to have my Kia Sorento repaired at your service center. The experience has been a complete failure of your diagnostic process. ​Here is a summary of my experience: ​Visit 1 & 2: I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light and other issues. Over the course of two visits, I spent nearly $2,000 on diagnostics and parts replacement. Each time, I was assured the problem was fixed. Each time, the check engine light returned shortly after. ​Visit 3 (Today, Sept 27): I picked up my car today after the most recent "repair." I drove less than five miles from your dealership, and the check engine light came on AGAIN. ​After three attempts and a significant amount of money, my car is not fixed. The root cause has clearly not been identified. This pattern of replacing parts without a correct diagnosis, only to have the customer return with the same issue, is unacceptable. ​I have lost all confidence in this service center's ability to properly diagnose and repair vehicles. I cannot recommend your service to anyone.
