Just picked up my Jeep from service and I AM SO MAD!!! I dropped it off for repairs. Two days later, they sent me 3 different, increasing quotes within 13mins of each other. The prices went from about $1200 on the first one (when he forgot to include labor, he said) to $2300 on the second one to $3500 on the third one. This isn't including the $3800 they wanted to charge for tires (I didn't ask for tires). When I reminded my guy that he forgot to include how much it would be to get a 2nd key for my 2023 Grand Cherokee, the price came back as $867.66. For a key I can buy online for under $100 brand new. I asked to put it all in writing, including the part #s, and let them know I'd be picking it up to take it elsewhere. When I went to pick it up, it took nearly 20mins just to pay and get my paperwork because my guy closed the ticket without printing out the recommended parts first which then apparently vaporized those recommended part #s. At least he wrote the part numbers in by hand but his proof they were correct was basically, "trust me bro." When I asked him why the prices went up a third time, he blamed their computer system for not calculating labor correctly (which didn't exactly make me feel confident of the final estimates). The, when I got in my car, I immediately saw ash from a cigarette (or who knows what?) in my center console. I don't smoke. I grabbed my guy and showed him and he apologized and told me to bring it back Monday for a free detail service but by then I was so sick of them, I just wanted to get out of there and never come back. On the drive home, the smoke started to get into my lungs and cause some irritation. The final kicker? I had found their General Manager's name in the comments of other reviews. She freely gave her name and phone number and told reviewers to call her to discuss. I thought I'd try it rather than leave a bad review. I called the ph# and an AI agent told me to "Dial 1 for the Main Line" which I did and then it immediately hung up on me. These guys suck so bad. It's unreal.

Previous experience. Extremely Disappointed with Incompetent Service and Lack of Communication I am extremely disappointed with the service I received for my Jeep at this shop. Despite bringing in my vehicle due to it almost stalling and dashboard lights constantly appearing, they could not fix the issues. My Jeep has been at their shop for over two and a half months, and they still cannot figure out what is wrong with it. One of the most frustrating aspects of this experience is the complete lack of communication from the shop. Nobody bothered to call us with updates on the status of our Jeep. At one point, they surprised us by contacting us telling us that our Jeep was ready, but when we UBER'd there, it turned out they called us by mistake - someone else's Jeep was fixed. When we took the initiative to follow up, they consistently failed to return our calls. This level of disregard for customer service is simply unacceptable. To add insult to injury, they charged us for a battery replacement that was unnecessary and did not resolve the problem. It is clear that they either lack the expertise to properly diagnose and fix issues or are simply trying to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. I would not recommend LAX Jeep for Jeep-related services.

Service Rep., Roone (Rony P.) Preza provided my senior mother and I top-tier excellent customer service. He was professional, knowledgeable, gave REASONABLE advice and he was very kind and patient answering all of our many repair questions-THANK YOU, RONY! Of course, I double checked his information with RepairPal and Rony was accurate with everything said and even with his alternative solutions! He deserves corporate kudos and a raise. Rony would be a excellent trainer for new hires and/or provide refresher course training for current staff.

I will never buy from Jeep again. The service is terrible. Was about to buy my third jeep but The sales person never got back to me on a new Wagoner. meanwhile my trade in Jeep Rubicon had a easy warranty issue. My car has been there 4 months because they cant get a mopar fuel line. .most times when I periodically check in ( cause they dont) no one calls me back. The part came in two weeks ago according to Jeep Corporate did anyone call me? No. I called four tines today and no one can talk to me. Finally the SERVICE MANAGER was going to call me back in 5 minutes. Its been an hour. No one returned my call AGAIN. IM DONE. im tired of being a loyal Jeep Customer sine 1996 and being treated like this. Wrangler, Commander, Rubicon and was going to drop $$ on a Grand Wagoner. Im done begging Jeep to take my money.

I had a great experience working with Rony at the dealership. He went above and beyond to take care of me. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. He communicated clearly, didn’t pressure me into anything unnecessary, and made sure I understood everything about my vehicle. That level of customer service is hard to find. I’ll definitely be coming back and requesting him specifically for future service. Highly recommend working with him if you want someone who genuinely takes care of their customers.
