“Very late review, but I have reasons to believe they dropped my car when oil changing or changing my tires. I bought my car brand new February 2025 . I took it in for a tire change April/May 2025. It took very long for them to finish even though they said it wouldn’t be long. I can admit it did take me like 2 weeks to noticed that in my trunk my floor was not going all the way down. I took a good minute to try to understand why wasn’t it going down . I tried moving the tire a certain way but of course it wasn’t moving and then I’ve tried moving the tools that’s on the tire. Nothing . Then I started paying attention to the dented parts by the tire and I was in disbelief because I’m not understanding how that could have happened . I have and been had insurance so when it comes to my car I don’t play . I would have dealt with it . But nothing happened I haven’t gotten in a crash or anything . Every one told me it could be my car got towed but my car was never towed. I have a friend in the car dealership business and I showed them and they stated my car could have fell when getting my service . I mentioned it the next time I went to get a service and they stated I’ve had to be stuck on a rock . I’m not gone lie it really made me irritated cus like what . I hate confrontation so I didn’t even want to continue the conversation I said I will handle it another way. But being that I don’t have proof because they wouldn’t show me video footages from when my car was back there I let it go. But still till this day every time I used my trunk it annoys me real bad and makes me devastated because I bought my car brand new with no problems”
