“I don’t feel like I was taken seriously about my purchase of a 2016 Nissan rogue. When I arrived, I told them I had checked the cars out online and wanted to check them out. I wasn’t offered anything to drink. No coffee, water, tea and to me that’s a big sign. It’s inviting and shows you want me to spend some time here. I could tell you what I look like but from my experience you can guess. Once I decided I wanted the car, I wanted wiring instructions and the invoice emailed. The rep sends a pic that’s cutoff and only shows half the page and there’s no email signature. It just looked unprofessional. I ask him to resend the pic with the entire page showing in the pic and for him to use his work email that has his signature because it looks more professional. He resends the image but still doesn’t use his professional work email, no no signature. Smh. It’s the little things and because of them, I’m not sure id come back here to service my car let alone shop again.”

“The salesman Wes Martin was very professional and helpful. I felt respected as a customer instead of being buttered up for a slight of hand. O'Brien Toyota did an excellent job correcting worn parts while doing a thorough inspection on it before completing the sale of the car to me. Wes was very transparent with the findings in the multi point inspection. The man who detailed the car did an outstanding job. The engine compartment looks new. The finance manager was clear and not pushy. The price of the car was fair as well. Thank you O'Brien Toyota.”

“The service provider installed a new tire for me, but they didn't ask how I planned to pay for it. When I informed them that I had a tire warranty, they reached out to the warranty company. Unfortunately, the claim was rejected because the tire had already been removed from the wheel. I've had discussions with both the manager and the service representative, and unfortunately, I found their approach to be unprofessional and inefficient. Despite their efforts, they failed to provide a solution, and instead, seemed to be wasting time. After our discussion, manager presented me with the alternative of forcing me paying $450, thereby enabling me to move forward.”

“This is the second time I’ve come to O’Briens from 2.5 hrs away, specifically the second time I’ve called upon Wesley Martin. I first bought a Highlander from Wes after being completely put off by the local Toyota dealership in town. His customer service, attention to details, and willingness to work with me is what brought me back a second time for a new Grand Highlander. He and O’Briens have earned my loyalty… even from hours away.”

“Sales pro Nick Mulinaro answered all of my silly questions, never tried to push me in a direction I didnt want to go in, and kept quick communications over the holidays when deciding my purchase options. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and I give the whole experience a 10 out of 10. Nick was able to clear up any confusion I had about financing a car and I really appreciated that he put everything in Layman's terms for me to understand. Our financing expert Kyle also had a helpful and descriptive process.”
