“God has truly been kind to me my entire life. Although I have faced many challenges, I have also been afforded many blessings. I try my hardest to be honest and sincere with others, and I can truly say that being honest has been a net positive in my life. I love to share my story, because I know I’m just a regular human being, and a thoughtful consumer. I had spent about two months looking for a vehicle. I am a particularly picky individual, and I consider myself an educated consumer. I had been to over a dozen dealerships in the Marion County and the greater Indianapolis area. Auto giant USA, A-to-Z autos, Andy Mohr Avon Nissan/Kia, Don Hinds Fishers, Indy Honda, Ray Skillman, etc… my point is that I spent a long time looking at many cars. I had gone through an unfortunate situation where I was defrauded by the shady businessman at Indy auto man on 2FEB2026. I had to get the Attorney General involved, and had to file complaints with several business organizations. Apparently, there are several Attorney General cases against them, Several BBB complaints, and the truth is starting to come out about their misconduct. Consider this a caveat emptor for anyone reading. This made me lose my trust in the dealership process. I came up to Jeremy, my salesperson (the guy in the picture), and told him my story. I told him that this was going to be a simple process for me with no BS or jokes; I will inspect the car, and if I like it, I will then get a cashiers check from my credit union to pay him after a successful pre-purchase inspection is completed at a certified Kia dealer. He did not argue with me, he did not disrespect me, and he did not feel threatened by my education and straightforwardness. I have a tendency to be disrespected by sales people because they realize that I am not an ignorant individual, as many are in the car buying world. Jeremy treated me exactly as how I treated him, with kindness, respect, and courtesy. I test drove the car, I liked the car, and within the next 72 hours, conducted the pre-purchase inspection, picked up the cashiers check from my credit union, and took the cash to complete the vehicle purchase. I truly cannot complain, because I always want to be treated with respect. Often, I believe people want to control other people. Jeremy was not like this. He respected my ideology and philosophy about the world because of my lived experiences. He is a perfect example of who we need more of in this world. God bless.”
