“My son got a 2015 Volvo XC60 from here in March. When test driving, the coolant light came on. Jay assured us it was nothing- he had been driving it a couple of weeks with no issues. Well.. "no issues" turned into several actually! Nothing was covered by the trash warranty that was given. It immediately needed: 1) charcoal canister at the least or a new fuel line at worst cause you couldn't pump gas without having to hold it & go extremely slow. 2) thermostat, radiator, water pump, then the thermostat again because it consistently overheated 3) head gasket.. Fast forward to tonight.. my son was at work & one of his clients stepped out to hit his vape, but immediately came back inside to tell him that his car was on fire. Never missed a payment- even while spending hella money to fix that pretty piece of poop. I recommend that anyone looking for a new vehicle, go elsewhere. Hell.. taking a Lyft or Uber would be better than this place”

“At first glance I thought I was getting a great car at a good price. I've had this vehicle for 7 months and have had nothing but issues. So far the brake booster and heater core have gone out. Headlights had to be replaced. Wipers don't work properly. Driver side wheel well had a destroyed liner. Washer fluid tank had a bad leak. Has been in the shop twice now for major repairs. Shouldn't have to deal with this kind of stuff for a $10k+ vehicle. Get any car you're thinking of buying thoroughly inspected before purchasing.”
