I had a very good experience at Hayford. I needed an oil change and some work on My infotainment system. So I was going to wait. When they found a drive train warranty issue, they offered to fix it that day but it would add time so they offered me a ride home. Zach was the service person I worked with and he was great. Not all visits to your mechanic are this good. Nice to have a good one.

★★★★★ The Avengers of Auto Care Assembled in Isanti I went to Hayford Ford for a simple oil change, but I think I accidentally stumbled into a meeting of the "Automotive Justice League." First off, the service writer dream team—Mathew, Josiah, Zach, and Mary—were so informative and on the ball, I’m pretty sure they could organize a space shuttle launch if you gave them a clipboard. But the real magic happened in the back. The Quick Lane technicians—William, Izzy, Dilyn, and Tristan—apparently have x-ray vision. They found a leak on my axle seal that every other shop has missed. I was starting to think my car was just marking its territory, but nope, it was a leak. Then, they pulled out my cabin air filter. They actually showed it to me, and let’s just say it looked like a science experiment gone wrong. I’m pretty sure there was a small ecosystem evolving in there. If you want your car fixed by people with eagle eyes and the service of a 5-star resort, go see this crew. My car is finally leak-free and breathing easy!

Nice, friendly place. Provided multiple beverages and snacks, Our sales manager stayed engaged with conversation and made our experience fun. Buying a car from a dealer is not something I want to do everyday it is long and boring. But long and boring with Hayford was a GREAT EXPERIENCE. I'll give them a 5 star for how they cared for us. HAYFORD is now our family dealership.

The staff was friendly, informative, and clear throughout the viewing and test-driving process. All my questions were answered promptly, and if there was no immediate response, someone was working to get them answered. This was a fun experience and made purchasing a new vehicle fun. All of the paperwork was clear and easy. There were never any hidden fees or dishonest behavior. 10/10 experience. Thank you!
