“Had a great experience at Jim Shorkey kia. We were welcomed by a friendly sales person Demetrius Rochelle which was not pushy at all. This made the car shopping more enjoyable and less stressful as I hate a pushy sales person. He had no problem driving a few cars and walking to view other cars. If he didnt know the answer to a question he went and found out. Everything went smoothly even though it was on a Saturday and was busy. Only things I wish was done differently which has nothing to do with Demetrius is the jeep (used) only came w 1 set of keys and will cost possibly 300 for, they did take money off for the interior care package. However whoever did the interior must of did it fast and now there's spots on the black seats. Also did not think when buying a car over an hour away if we needed to take it in, like them trying to clean up the seats or if a light turns on that it might be an all day trip. Anyways I give Demetrius an A++++ as a sales person. The jeep interior and possibly transmission as the light flashed on, I'm hoping everything is good. Also possibly a scratch on the window shield I did not notice. Looks like its from bad wiper blade but I cant reach to see if its scratched into the glass. Its right across the drives side so hope if I get it inspected next years at a place by me they inspect it.”
