“This was one of the worst car buying experiences I've ever had. I will start off by saying I was sold a $1,995 paint protection and interior protection plan. While I was there filling out my paperwork my salesman took my Jeep to have the protection done on it. When we test drove the Jeep a bird had shit on the driver side door. When the jeep was brought back up from having the paint protection done the bird shit was still on the door. Not sure how they could have possibly applied anything to the Jeep. When I inquired about canceling it I was told that I cannot I'm not really sure why I can't get refunded for services that were not performed as far as I'm concerned that sounds like theft . I'm guessing the only possible way I can get my money back would be too file suit at the magistrate which is what I may be doing shortly. The day I purchased the vehicle the salesman told me the air cleaner and the cabin air filter were both changed. After I got home and checked it over I noticed the air cleaner lid was not properly put back on and the cabin air filter was dirty when I called my salesman and it took it back instead of the service department putting it in the proper way it was literally jammed in the air cleaner hole through the hood and not properly installed I took it upon myself to go through the glove compartment and put it in the way it should have been installed. After only having it a little more than a month it developed a motor noise and I had to take it in to find out the entire top end of the motor needed rebuilt. I was also informed after they had it that the water pump was bad and they had to replace it. Two days after I got the vehicle back it started leaking antifreeze again when I checked it it did not look like a new water pump was put in and there was gasket sealer all over parts of it strangely enough when I took it back and they had to replace the water pump for the second time the new one was nice and shiny compared to the old one which was never replaced even though they told me it was. While it was there some damage occurred to the back of the Jeep and I was pretty much told they weren't going to do anything about it. All I have to say is if you have plans I'm buying a new car or used car do not do it from this dealership. Also I will give you the advice of if you ever have any work done on your car anywhere to take a video of the car with a complete walk around before dropping it off.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Shane Moyer at Jim Shorkey while my fiancée and I were trying to buy a 2026 Jeep Wrangler, and I can honestly say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. And that’s saying something, because buying a car is stressful. There’s no way around that. Nobody magically removes all the stress. But Shane Moyer and his team came as close as humanly possible. We had very specific requests for the Wrangler we wanted. Not “close enough,” not “we can get something similar,” but specific. Other dealerships completely fell short. Some couldn’t get what we wanted. Others didn’t even bother doing the legwork or following up. It felt like asking them to help us was somehow an inconvenience. Enter Shane Moyer. Shane, along with Maverick and Kage, worked as a true team. No ego, no nonsense, just people who genuinely wanted to get the deal done the right way. They tracked down exactly what we wanted, handled most of the process over the phone so they didn’t disrupt my workday, and brought the vehicle to me with everything we asked for. Financing was straightforward, made sense, and wasn’t a headache. They even stayed well past closing on a Saturday night, long after they should’ve been home with their families, just to make sure we drove away happy. That alone says everything you need to know about Shane Moyer and the culture at Jim Shorkey. They also gave me a very fair trade-in price on my 2022 Wrangler. I had my reasons for trading it in, and instead of pushing back or dismissing them, Shane understood them. No pressure. No games. Just honesty. The dealership itself was slammed. I mean busy. Other Jeep dealerships I visited were empty. Jim Shorkey was doing what looked like 20–25 deals while we were there. Yet somehow, Shane Moyer still made us feel like we were the priority. I’ve already recommended Shane to others, including my mother, who he’s now helping get into a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The incentives made it a no-brainer, and let’s be honest — nothing holds its value like a Wrangler. If you’re looking for someone who will go out of their way for you, no matter how busy or how late it gets, call Jim Shorkey and request Shane Moyer by name. Buying a car will always come with stress, but if you have a team like this guiding you, you’ve already won. We showed up, signed, and drove home. Perfect.”

“I had such a great experience working with Conan. From the moment I walked in, he was warm, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car—not just making a sale. He took the time to walk me through every option, answered all my questions without any pressure, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. I’m so grateful for his help, and I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle. I’d recommend Conan to anyone looking for an honest, helpful, and all-around amazing salesman.”
