They did order the wrong part meaning I had to bring it in again, but they made it right by giving me a coupon for a free oil change on them and filling it up with gas. They really make an effort to make you feel like a valued customer at Carmax in Irving, which is more than can be said for a lot of companies today.”

“We had a great experience here! The environment was clean and calm/not chaotic or noisy. Our sales person, Ryan, listened to exactly what we needed and only showed us what we were interested in and only included cars within our budget. He was very knowledgeable and was able to offer answers to our many questions. We did end up going a bit over budget, but it wasn't due to him up-selling us. He simply gave us information that guided our choices and I'm so glad he did! I am so happy with the car we ended up with and I feel we made a really solid investment on a car that will work for us for several years.
