“Very Disappointed - Poor Service and No Accountability I recently took a truck in for electrical issues. When we picked it up, we noticed the rear wheel lug nuts were loose -- two were even missing. We immediately brought the vehicle back to the dealer. They claimed they never touched the rear wheels and that the truck was never on a lift. That struck me as odd, considering the type of repairs performed required the front wheels to be removed, and a multipoint inspection was supposedly done. I left multiple messages for the service manager -- no response. I also emailed both Alex and James Simpson about the issue and have yet to hear back from either of them. Unfortunately, this isn't our first bad experience with this facility. There seems to be a complete lack of accountability and communication. I'm very disappointed and do not recommend doing business with them.”
