“At the end of April 2026, we were looking for a Honda CR-V Hybrid in a certain trim. We wanted to take advantage of a Honda finance program that was ending at the end of April and required purchase of an official Honda Certified vehicle. With just days to go, we found one in our price range at Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine. We reached out and internet sales manager Julian McDaniel got back to us right away. We were so impressed with his pre-sales service that we decided it was worth a trip down to Irvine, even though we live in Northern California. During the trip down, we became aware of a second, lower mileage vehicle that was also just coming on the market at this dealership. And as we continued to have questions while I was traveling, Julian was there each time getting us quick answers and always making us feel comfortable with asking them. After a long day of travel I arrived at the dealership just a few minutes before closing hoping to just see the cars. Julian stayed late and let me sit in and see both cars and took the time to explain all the features of this particular trim. The next day, he met me on his day off and we test drove both vehicles. He then worked up quotes on both vehicles. During the back and forth negotiations there were some issues to address, but everything was done in a patient, professional manner without harassment or a lot of high pressure tactics. Julian listened to my concerns and in the end we worked a deal to take the lower mileage CR-V Hybrid, and we’re super happy with our choice. We’d also like to give credit to Hunter Hall in the finance department for getting all the Honda financing and other details worked out for us. This particular Honda financing program is gone, but Julian is still there. Anyone interested in looking for a Honda should reach out through the internet and give him a chance at finding you a car.”

“⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed I bought my 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid from Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Irvine and have taken it there for every scheduled maintenance exactly as recommended in the owner's manual. I trusted them because it’s the same dealership where I purchased the car. However, after my latest service on Saturday, March 14, 2026, I received my vehicle back in terrible condition. The engine bay was covered with oil splatter, there was oil leaking and dripping under the car, and I even found that the air intake hose connected to the air filter had been left disconnected. This is unacceptable for a professional dealership service department. A dealership should return a vehicle clean, properly assembled, and safe to drive, especially after a major maintenance service. Instead, I left with a car that looked like it had been worked on carelessly and without proper inspection. I strongly recommend that anyone considering bringing their car here be very careful. Based on my experience, it may be better to look for another trustworthy mechanic or service center. The maintenance service I received here was extremely unprofessional and one of the worst service experiences I have ever had.”

The guy listens and doesn't over promise as some others do just to get you in. Yavar the sales manager got me exactly what I wanted for my trade and the car I wanted. Again he listened, gave me options and delivered. I wasn't planning on leaving with a new car that night but when the numbers make sense. 10/10 Overall great experience. It was a 10 minute drive for me I'm in Santa Ana 1 minute away from my local dealership and still chose Norm Reeves Honda worth the drive!!!”
