“This Toyota dealership was easy to find and conveniently located after bake pkwy off ramp of the I-5 freeway. Lots of parking outside and plenty of space and sitting arrangements inside. Free non-bottled drinking water were available on tap but coffee machine was out of order and no free simple snacks and everything has to be pre-purchased in the vending machines. The selling transaction of my clean & prestine, extremely low 8k mile 2020 Honda Civic Type-R was smooth and efficiently handled by Alex Yang (a Vehicle Acquisition Manager). The offer was fair and acceptable and my wife and I tried our best NOT to be difficult customers after waiting patiently for the inspections to conclude. The final price was agreed upon after a $500 deduction was made from 2 tires that were barely below their strict standards. Payment was only authorized in a check form and not in Zelle option despite both forms originally accepted in the initial email. Unfortunately, a free ride back home was also not offered after our vehicle was sold past 3pm. Again, despite it being an option without any restrictions in the same email. It would've put this survey rate at a perfect 10 for going above & beyond. Instead, we'll just have to settle a point below. Overall, recommendable but not entirely commendable.”

“I had the best experience and this Toyota dealership. Not only were they attentive but, so friendly. The sales manager Jhon greeted us and directed us to Amir who helped test drive the cars with us. He provided an immense amount of information and provided his input when trying to pick the best car. Daniela was the finance manager who helped us and she also made the transition to paperwork less intimidating and was very straight forward.
