“Literally had nothing but issues since I bought this car last month. It’s a 2022 and they said it had been looked over and everything worked prior to purchase. First my passenger seat warmer didn’t work and that took about a month for them to outsource and fix, then a piece of trim fell off the car a week into having it and I was expected to pay to fix that or they said I could bring a piece off Amazon and they’d paint and install it so I did and it didn’t fit so they forced it and it’s now falling off again a month later. And now the AC isn’t working and they don’t know if the extra warranty I bought is going to cover it. The only person who has been any help and pleasant to work with is the service manager Katie.”
