“My recent visit to Tom O’Brien Dodge dealership was incredible. It was a visit to repair my 2009 Ram fuel pump (219,000 k miles) which the service team was lead by Bob and our technician over the work was Kevin. Went truly over what would be considered normal customer care. - Parts were challenging to get because of multiple back ordered fuel pumps. - Transmission cooler lines were old and leaking. - TIPM was replaced by customer as we thought it was the problem not the fuel pump. (Not Problem) - Bob and Kevin worked hard to get the truck ready and completed. I’d left a power wire to the TIPM loose during customers install. This caused the truck to shut down when I showed up this morning. Bob and his team sprung into action finding my mistake (customer) and corrected the problem, but didn’t charge me for this fix.(unexpected/humbled) If you need a Dodge Dealership in Indy be sure to call them first!
