Garrett was very helpful, kind, professional, and walked me through the process quickly and efficiently, which has truly been overly stressful at other dealerships. I found the car I wanted online and scheduled the test drive for the following day. The car was ready and waiting for me when I arrived, completed the test drive, and took the car home same day. I was hoping to get a little more for my trade-in, but she was in rough shape, so not a huge problem. I also thought the the pictures advertised online had all-weather mats included and they were not in the car, but I also looked at several cars online, so it is very possible I was mistaken about what was included with this specific car. “I went into Hubler just to look at the new Traverse. I had been looking into them for a few weeks. I was greeted by Tim Walls with a smile and a willingness to help me. All of the cars were locked but one. Tim let me know that they were all the exact same on the inside, but I still wanted to get in them and see how it felt. Some of them had the leather seats and some had the cloth. Some had the sunroof and some didn't. He went in multiple times and got the keys for almost each car that sat out there that I was interested in. I had my 4 small children with me during for the entirety of the process. Tim was very personable and he was very understanding of me having my children with me. He talked to them and called them by name and made them feel very welcome. Once I decided on what car I wanted we went inside, where again I was greeted by the finance guy, Ed I think and their "State Farm agent Jake." I forget what his name was. Both very kind, personable and again greeted my children with warmth. Once done with the entire process of purchasing the car Tim made sure to come out to the car and show me how everything worked with the dash and all the fancy technology. This is the first time I have ever bought a brand new car so I was already overwhelmed. Tim and the rest of the people who were at Hubler made me experience one that I will remember for a LIFETIME.
