Had an ECM recall needed to be done for my 2020 2.7L F-150. I called their 800 number to schedule a mobile service. Service advisor was knowledgeable and courteous. The mobile tech was at my house within the hour (there was a cancellation so they squeezed me in). Technician was friendly and did the ECM update in my drive way. Overall, it took 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Crossroads was awesome to deal with. Matt Mayes my salesman was great to work with. He made the process easy. He had everything ready when I arrived at the dealership. I arrived at the dealership on a Friday night around 6:40pm. The truck was detailed, fueled and parked up front ready to go. By 7:00pm i was driving off. Quickest and easiest buying experience ever. If anyone needs a new ford please go see Matt at Crossroads Ford!

Just had the best experience with Crossroads. My husband went in to buy a 2022 expedition that I have been looking at. Lisa took excellent care of him! He was in and out in about 2 hours. That included doing an appraisal on our old vehicle (which they gave me a very fair price for) and all the paperwork. About a week later I figured out the AC wasn't getting cold. I called and spoke to Antonio in service and got an appointment. I also talked to Lisa and told her what happened and they had a rental car waiting for me when I dropped the expedition off. Less than a week later and my car is finished and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Lisa and Antonio for helping make each process seamless. We will definitely be back for our future car needs!

Everything was a smooth and easy process! I would recommend any one to Ford Crossroads Indian Trail. I was in and out in my new truck within a hr or two. Took longer to get my old truck cleaned out than the process of purchasing my new truck. Great place with excellent customer service and experience.
