My husband and I ended up in a jam on our vehicles. We needed to buy another quickly. We came across metro and from the online interaction, to being called back, to pulling up. Everyone was absolutely amazing! Charles was our salesman and he gave us all the information we needed and was so patient with us as we did look at 2 different trucks. Fiance was also very amazing and all together a quick in and out process for us which we needed. Friendly, downtown earth, and professional group here! I dont say it lightly as most of the time I do not like dealerships and salesmen. But this location is a Gem!

We are extremely satisfied with Johnny the service manager at Metro Ford and have been treated extremely well by him every time we visit He truly displays that he cares about us in our car runs and that means a lot to us since we are senior citizens. Even though he is extremely busy he always makes time for us and ensures that our work is done properly and we also think his staff. We are always satisfied he takes care of us very well and so does his staff.

Best Car Buying Experience I’ve Ever Had!!! I’ve worked in the auto industry for over ten years, so I don’t say this lightly—my experience buying a 2025 Mustang from Eric Phillips and Sales Manager Rick Gilbert was hands down the best I’ve ever had. From the first conversation, Eric made me feel like more than just a customer. He was personable, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I wanted. He listened, never pressured, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. I truly felt like I had a partner throughout the entire experience. What made it even more memorable was how Eric and Rick went out of their way to make my 14-year-old son feel welcome and included. That meant a lot to me as a parent. My son left grinning ear to ear, and that’s a memory we’ll both hold on to for a long time. Rick Gilbert was equally impressive.
