âextre disappointed! It was very difficult doing business yet the Gm said they will make things right! Perhaps he means well! Unfortunately after the sales person said I would be able to pass the extended warranty to my daughter because I knew I was going to give her this pathfinder. He now said no it doesn't transfer! But I can keep.my name on title it will still be ok for the warranty! No I don't want to keep my name on the title. I should not have to! They should keep their word but unfortunately I should have know from the beginning things were not right. But I gave them more chances in good faith. i should have followed my fist instinct! Than they will have to refund me in full, I will get a different warranty that is in good faith!â

âIf I could give 0 stars I would. The transmission went out on my daughterâs car. Imperial was too far to tow it to so I purchased the transmission from them and had another dealership install it. After installing, the transmission had to be programmed. I made an appointment at Imperial Nissan and drove there. They told me that because the vehicle was driven, the transmission is no good. They said that programming was a waste of time at this point. I spoke with the Service Manager and he said I had to take it back to the shop that put the transmission in and have another one put in or pay them to put a new one in. He said that he wasnât even sure that they would warranty the transmission that I purchased from them because they did not install it. This was a BIG RED FLAG. I called Yuma Nissan and they said they would program the transmission. I drove there and had the program done. No new transmission neededâŚ. Deeply disappointed is an understatement. I feel like they were upset I bought the transmission from them but did not pay them to put it in. Itâs definitely not the advisorâs fault. He was obviously new to his position. But SHAME ON YOU SERVICE MANAGER!!!! If you plan on taking you vehicle here, get a second opinion in YUMA!!!â

Fernando, our Sales Rep helped with the new vehicle I so wanted and closing up the deal..Zulema, Finance Manager, who helped me drive off in a 2026, my first time owning a brand new car! I'm very happy with my experience and so will you.â

âPurchased my rouge in another state with less than 40k miles and moved home to Cali in the same month. After someone at another location broke the rear windshield wiper arm I took it to Imperial Nissan. Their customer service was amazing than even for something small. I forgot the gentleman's name that helped, I wish I could recall. He was the reason I returned to this location. A short time later I had another small issue and came in and got that fixed. But asked a question about why when I put my ac on it smells like a urinal!!! The smell makes me incredibly sick to my stomach. Being that I just purchased the car I thought everything would have been taken care of including the cabin filter that most donât know about or think about to change!! Sure enough he pulled it out and it was black and thick with dust and mold. Two things I take shots for and highly allergic to! I am so incredibly grateful Mario went out of his way to listen and help me address my concerns! Now I will be coming to imperial Nissan for my service needsâŁď¸HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Thank youâ
