“Only come here if you have half a day to burn. Told 2 hours. Text to service advisor at 2 hours asking for update. No response until 3 hours 10 minutes. Spoke to cashier, other employees in service row with no assistance. Left and rented a car. I am sure the Avis across the street loves the incompetence of this place. Left my number at the front desk and called service manager twice. First time no call back. Second time sent to robot assistant. Will be interesting to see if they ever call back. Stay clear lots of better options. On the upside plenty of guys trying to sell me a car while i waited.”

“So my wife and I drove from Long Beach the Friday night before Christmas 2025. We had already been to two different dealers in our area trying to find my new Tacoma. They didn't have the color or the deal I needed. I've noticed some of these sales reps are very cocky and aren't very nice. They want the sale but don't offer the customer service. After I walked away they call and harass you to come back. I gave them the opportunity when I took the time to go there. And they failed to earn my business. So finally I saw Toyota of HB had what I was looking for and enquired online. Shortly after Brayan Carrera reached out to me. He was very friendly and courteous. He convinced me to drive down there and see what he had. It was exactly what I wanted. Went for a test drive, negotiated with him and his manager David. And shortly after we came to agreement and shook on it. It was like 1, 2, 3! They got it washed and filled the tank while we signed paperwork. Brayan pulled up and assisted me on connecting my phone to the system for navigation and Bluetooth. He and the whole team were very nice & helpful. We were in and out of there in less than 2 hrs. I told my wife it's record time for all the times I've purchased new vehicles. I highly recommend Toyota of HB if you are looking for a good deal on a Toyota, also their inventory is big.
