“Chris Lopez might be the only service advisor that isn't trying to screw his customers over. I have always hated taking my car to the dealership for service. Every person I have ever encountered seems to only be concerned with how they can take my money and put it in their pocket. Chris is different. He was intent on finding options that got my car back on the road without trying to tear a hole in my pocket. He does not conflate what needs to be done with what can be done at a later date. He is thorough in his explanations and is great at educating the customer on what they can do to extend the longevity of their car without putting unnecessary pressure on the customer to get it done (something that seems to be all too common at other dealerships). Becasue his advice is geniune and comes from a place of concern and not "how much money can i take from this person," it's easy to listen his advice. It's cheesy to say, but he makes you feel like part of the family. Becasue of Chris, Delillo Chevorlet has earned a lifelong customer. I haven't been going to this dealership for a long time, but if all their employees are like Chris, it may be the only one I ever go to again. But just to be safe, for anyone going to this dealership, just ask for Chris. That should literally be their new slogan -- "Just ask for Chris"”
