“I went in there looking for a car for my dad. David G. Our sales guy was great . He was fast friendly and knowledgeable. I gave him a run for his money and he took it with grace. All in all between text signing papers negoting test driving i spent like an hr and a half or so. Transaction was seemless. When im ready to buy my own new car for me i will 100%go back to see David.”

“I definitely would never take my car back to this place ever again. We took my daughter‘s car to the dealership because it was close to where she lives. When she dropped the car off, Chris Lopez in in service he didn’t give her any timeframe on when the repair would be done. A week went by and she called for an update and to let him know that she’d be leaving on vacation and it may be spotty service if he was trying to call her. A week and a half AFTER we get back from our vacation we still had no word about her car. She asked me to call because he wasn’t calling her back, so I did. Chris had an attitude from the beginning like I was bothering him. He told me that he told my daughter that it would be a while before they could even get to the car which she tells me is not true. I admit that I called in a stern tone because I was getting annoyed at having to drive my daughter around to work to school, etc. I tried to be as nice as possible while still being firm and after a couple of calls, we finally got word that they figured out what had happened with the car. It was another day or two before we finally were able to get the car. When he called my daughter to come pick it up he made a comment about her sicking her mom on him which made her embarrassed and uncomfortable. Not even weeks later, the same problem returns. (Keep in mind the work is guaranteed for two years. ) So my daughter drops the car back off to the dealership where Chris seems annoyed and tells my daughter that they are so busy, they can’t possibly look at the car until the following Monday. We patiently wait for Monday. Fast forward to Friday, where I have to call to get an update after my daughter‘s left a message for him and no call. I called at 3 o’clock, and Chris Lopez was nowhere to be found and had left for the day. I asked the person on the phone if he could kindly leave a message for the service manager to call me by that day for an update. As I sit here writing this review, her car is still in the dealership with no update or phone call. If it wasn’t because the work was guaranteed, I definitely wouldn’t have returned to this dealership after the initial experience, but I can tell you I will never be back to this dealership.”
