I had a great experience working with Hiram! I went to this location to get my window fixed, and he was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Not only did he make sure everything was taken care of quickly and professionally, but he also gave me great advice on other potential maintenance needs I hadn’t even thought about. It’s clear he really knows his stuff and cares about helping customers, not just making a sale. I truly appreciated his honesty and I’ll definitely be coming here again and working with him in the future! Thanks!!!

Just purchased a 2022 Honda Pilot with the assistance of sale rep Alek. He was very patient (as we had a 4 month old and 2 year old with us) and helpful when selecting our new family car. He made sure we were satisfied and went above and beyond. Thank you Alek!!! :)

I purchased my vehicle from Honda of Huntersville on 06/28/2025. My salesman was Mason and he was fairly new to the company. Initially, I was going to use my own bank, but I was assured they would be able to match my rate (in which they did). However, during the sale, there were a few things that stuck out as red flags to me…. 1) They tried to low ball my trade. My car was in high demand (2020 Honda accord 2.0t sport) and I was offered $21,800 elsewhere but they tried to give me $18,500 (the car had $70,000 miles and BRAND NEW Michelin tires). When I did not accept that offer and was going to leave, then they were able to up my trade to $21,500 which I accepted. 2) They got me approved for 72 months and still wanted $3000 down on top of my trade pushing my car note way over what I was willing to spend. I declined that offer and advised my bank would approve for 84 months with $0 down a they told me it wasn’t possible. As they did research of their own, they realized that WAS the case and was able to get me just that through capital one. 3) They added a $1,979 package to the vehicle cost that consisted of a ceramic coating, PULSE braking system, and 1 oil change/2 tire rotation/inspection within 36 months. The flyer for it was on the desk and I the fine print at the bottom stated it was not a mandatory part of the sale so told them I did not want it but they told me they have to put it in the bill of sale because the company requires it as the have already pre-completed these things. I told them the flyer said it was not mandatory. This was another part of the reason they upped my trade and took some money off the price of the vehicle as well but they also stated I would still receive these items because it is built into the sale. I still followed through with the sale once they got me to a number I was comfortable with because I felt like they were being honest (Mind you, I have A1 credit so they weren’t doing me any favors, I could have went anywhere and got what I was asking for!) Before going into the finance office Mason had me sign off in agreeance on a form that broke down ALL of the charges in an itemized fashion. I asked him if I would get a copy of that form and he said it would be in my finance paperwork. I cant remember the exact number we agreed to on the vehicle but I know it was around $30,900 plus I purchased GAP insurance ($1,200) and the “mandatory package” as well as my trade and sales tax (these were all the items listed on the form). Once I went into the finance office I sat with Mike McKenna who was absolutely amazing (at least I thought so). I decided to purchase the extended warranty for $3,000 (Thank God! Because I’ve already had to use it for 3 separate issues within a month of having the vehicle for a faulty/blacked out radio that started messing up 3 days after purchase and was completely out for 2 weeks until Acura could service it, squeaky brake pedal, and crackling speaker smh) there’s no way this car was thoroughly inspected. I also purchased the service package for oil changes/tire rotations ($230.00) in which they told me it was good for 3 years which was misleading because my contract states it’s good for only 3 services! I understand Acura oil changes are only needed about every 7,500-10,000 miles or 1 year, but the way it was explained was still misleading! I began looking through my paperwork and to my surprise there is NOTHING written in the contract regarding this package that was forced on me. The closest thing I see is a 12 month warranty on an appearance coating, if applied, but nothing regarding the package in general like the PULSE/oil change/2 tire rotations/inspection or anything. Furthermore, they even merged the cost of it into the overall vehicle purchase price. At this point I want a refund for incomplete services as well as the service package I added on (never used) because I don’t even trust to go to this dealership for anything. Otherwise, I will be taking legal action! And btw, that email that keeps replying to negative comments, it isn’t valid

I contacted Honda of Huntersville and I connected with the great Chris Hart of New York he is an absolutely REAL ONE seriously just an amazing person. I already came to Honda of Huntersville with some credit challenges and the whole Honda Finance team Mr. Mike and also Chris Hart and Mr Robert went to the extreme measure literally bent over backwards to help me get my absolutely gorgeous and beautiful White SUV 2020 Jeep Cherokee Lattitude Plus Black leather interior only had 39,000 miles on it, it was my first choice I knew in my heart ❤️ that SUV was mine and look 👀 how GOD made away for me through Chris and Mr. Mike who is in Fantastic Finance Department and to Mr. Robert who is just amazing all by his self I really feel so good and complete to have my beautiful SUV I gave her a nickname “SASSY” because I am a Sassy 💁🏽‍♀️ Black woman lol. From now on I will continue to do business with only Honda of Huntersville for all my future buying. Ya’ll really need to hire me part-time as a Saleswoman woman I promise y'all I will sell all the great men out at Honda of Huntersville lol 😂 SMILE. Awesome experience! We live in Atlanta and bought the van 100% online. It was super easy, fast and we got a great deal. We shopped a ton of Atlanta area dealers and did not have a great feeling. The Honda of Huntersville folks made us instantly feel better and gave us a great deal. I’m not one to give reviews but we loved the whole process. Thanks to Chris and George there.
