“Great sales staff. Highly recommend We showed up at the dealership mid-day on a saturday just to look at a car, we were planning on making some other stops as well for cars at other deailers, but there was no need. We loved the car, but didn't come prepared to buy. No matter the finance team worked out a deal that was great and we went from showing up for a test drive to finishing the contract while they clean/detailed the car, filled the tank, and us heading home in our new car from their used car lot in about 2 hrs total. Told them we were leaving called and texted us two times before I got five miles away and told us they would give us two thousand more then they offered us 10 minutes earlier. Told them they were all heart, they were still almost four thousand dollars under KBB trade in value. So they lost the sale.I bought my new used ram truck yesterday from a car lot. And that means I didn't have to pay the ridiculous five hundred dollar paperwork fee either. Like all dealerships think they deserve now.”
