I reached out to the manager, and I was ignored. Thomas McKinney was a great salesman. He was rare and actually caring if his customers. He would have never treated me with such disrespect. I am currently in a vehicle that I hate, but I have to deal with that myself. I gave my Enclave to the Chevrolet dealership because Texan Buick refused to help me.”

“Quick story how I ended up at Texan Buick GMC, originally, I was at another dealership in Baytown Tx, long story short I discussed numbers over the phone and when I got to the dealership, we were nowhere close. So I continued my search and found the same truck at Texan Buick GMC. I Called them up and spoke with the sales person. Gerardo. I told him my situation, I told him what numbers I wanted to be at, he said when can you come in? I said right now, im leaving Baytown I’m on my way. Nothing changed from the conversation to the time I arrived. Excellent experience. From the sales department to meeting the manager, to the finance manager, Everything went smoothly. And just on a sidenote, I normally don’t let dealerships run my credit, I walked in preapproved with a good interest rate, if the finance manager tells you he can get you a better interest rate, he Probably can. I absolutely would recommend this place 100%. I’ve already told one of my friends about it. I’m hoping he goes there to buy a truck. I’m the type of person that reads reviews, And I like to leave reviews also. If you’re looking for a vehicle and you are in the Houston area, check these guys out. Even if you’re not directly in the Houston area, give them a chance, I drove all the way from Orange tx. I didn’t originally plan to drive all the way to Humble, but Guarantee when I’m in the market for another vehicle, I will go back.”
