“I recently on 11-29-25 purchased 2 brand new trucks, an F-350 2025 Lariat Super Duty Diesel for myself and a 2025 F150 Lariat for my wife. Today is 12-4-25 and I can’t get a reply or call back from anybody regarding fitted floor matts for my truck that were supposed to have been given to me the day I purchased , but they told me that they would be shipped to me since I work out of state. I also was not given the thumb drives with all the warranty info etc. I spent a lot of money on that one day for this type of follow up customer service. I can’t even reach anyone to let me know about setting the auto pay with the finance company. While there all was extremely well, and maybe I should have asked more questions but I didn’t… I am extremely disappointed with the post purchase customer support after having dropped a kings ransom that day.”

“You would think a dealer with so many vehicles would have a loaner when they will take time with maintenance (specially warranty) but it does not apply for this dealer. Took my truck for warranty maintenance due to issues with battery and sensors after getting it from the collision center all dirty with fingerprints, few scratches and spray leftovers (requested free complete detailed cleaning in addition to maintenance because I left my truck there clean). Funny thing is they claimed it was cleaned but pictures show the opposite. I asked if I could wait for maintenance but they said it was not going to be ready the same day. Two days later the vehicle is still waiting for technician review (for an easy check) to see if there’s a root issue causing battery consumption and still no loaner is available. Jose told my mother a vehicle could be available the next day and she was expecting that but the version change quickly to “you need to get into a list” (wonder how delayed are other maintenance services to get to this point). Meantime, I’m struggling to go to work and get my mother transportation for therapy on her accident injuries. Had a worst experience with work vehicle staying for warranty maintenance on sensors for over a month and no loaner. Definitely DO NOT recommend service on this dealer. Expecting a good resolution/remediation to see if they change my mind. Note: Space City Toyota has awesome service and will always have a loaner available for you equal to or better than your vehicle.”

“I was looking for a specific Maverick color and options and I could only find it at Randall’s which is 300 miles away. I called them and they offered to deliver which was great, main driver for me to buy this vehicle. Had constant communication and sales person Oliver was very supportive in facilitating all my requests and closing the deal very fast and smooth. I highly recommend this dealership because of their flexibility and clear communication. And they delivered my vehicle in time, thank you and happy to do business with you!”

“Went in to trade my Nissan for a pick up truck and had a pretty good experience. Went in for a 36k truck that was being shown online but I was sold when I got there. Had a nice f150 available and after test driving it and back and forth working with the numbers they were really able to get me within my price range. Karen Rios was really helpful with the whole experience. Overall I was really happy with the experience, didn’t get the original truck I went for to look but I definitely drove with a better one all within my budget and they payed what was left of my Nissan you can’t really beat that. The whole process was honestly really quick as well. I would definitely comeback if I’m ever looking for another vehicle in the future. Thank you guys for helping drive away in a new pick up truck.”
