“We were traveling from CT to go snowmobiling in ME when we got an unpatchable flat tire on our Chevy truck. Tire places were no help so we contacted the nearest Chevy dealer. Copeland did not have a tire in stock but sent someone’s to pick up a tire from their distributor in Worcester. When we arrived there they immediately started working on getting the spare tire off and removing the bad tire from the wheel. Once the new tire arrived they were quick to get it on so we could complete our trip. We were with several other people and they provided refreshments and a place to relax for all of us. The staff was so nice and friendly and did what they could to save our trip. I highly recommend this business!”
