They gave me 6k for my trade in "because that's all it's worth" but yet they have it for sale for almost 13k.
They didn't even use lube before they screwed me.”

“Final Update: The powertrain warranty has been cancelled and a check for the prorated refund has been sent. I am pleased we are finally done. This dealership experience would have stayed five stars if CLEAR HONEST COMMUNICATION had been the focus. I appreciate AJ and Zach for trying to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
I am extremely disappointed in having to update my review almost a year later, but I feel it absolutely necessary to make sure any future clients are fully aware of what goes on at this dealership.
The vehicle we purchased was totaled over two months ago by a careless driver plowing through an intersection. We immediately reached out to Elite Auto Exchange to discuss our gap coverage, only to discover our gap coverage was removed. AJ (our salesman) was just as shocked as we were but said he would do everything in his power to help our family in the wake of this disaster. I called to request our powertrain warranty be cancelled, I was assured by Mo and AJ that the dealership had done their part and the bank that financed our vehicle had been paid.
So imagine my surprise when over a month after the accident I find out that the powertrain warranty is not only active but no one has spoken to the bank and alerted them that the warranty has been cancelled. I call again and Mo then informs me we never had gap coverage because he removed it from the contract without informing us, the clients, or AJ. He states that my concern about the high payment is why he "needed" to remove the gap coverage and he was just "trying to make the numbers work".
At this point AJ is pressuring us heavily to buy another vehicle. My partner was offered a vehicle that shows evidence of accidents that were painted over and major electrical issues according to our mechanic.
When we purchased our vehicle initially we were strong armed into the powertrain warranty. Mo laughed at me suggesting I was struggling to afford another almost $100/mo really he said, not that big a difference. In this faltering economy how could someone be so callous. I left this out of the first review because I was so grateful to have a vehicle in the midst of life's trials I was willing to overlook his nasty remarks.
We are dealing with nearly a dozen hospital bills, and injuries that won't heal, Christmas is next week! We have lost massive income over the weeks, does this dealership care, not at all! I confront them on the lies and inconsistencies I have found, the date of the cancellation should be on or around Oct 17th. But instead paperwork sent to me says Nov 17th but on the phone I'm told since I hadn't sent in proof of the total loss (which I did not know about until Dec 4th) that the paperwork didn't start being processed officially until Dec 6th! This is completely unacceptable!
Stay far away from this dealership if you are looking for an honest straightforward business transaction.
*Initial Review* After years of searching for a larger vehicle for our expanding family, we landed at Elite Auto Exchange after reading many positive reviews. Because we needed a 12/15 passenger vehicle, pickings are slim in the used car market. Many previous dealerships tried to sell us lemons or were downright rude. But AJ at Elite Auto Exchange was not only patient, but incredibly professional! He took time helping me comb through options, even arranged to have our vehicle looked at by a mechanic of our choosing for a pre-purchase diagnostic. This purchase has blessed our family immensely, I am so grateful to Elite Auto Exchange but most especially I am grateful to AJ for spending over a month to help me find this vehicle. I'm grateful to him for checking in on me, making sure our family enjoyed the purchase, that all our needs were met and I'm grateful to AJ for making the purchase process so smooth and seamless. I would highly recommend this wonderful dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The pricing is fair and service is quick and very professional.”
