“After having a great experience purchasing our Lincoln we have been extremely disappointed with the service department. As we are taking home our newborn the seatbelt on the drivers side smokes and cracks ( a recall we were not made aware of but they said they had the part ordered when we purchased the car). Tried to get in touch with service 4 times without a call back for over a day - the seatbelt was not able to be used either so we couldn’t use the car. Now- only one month later, we are having an issue with a water leak which got into my screen and my fabric after the storm. They yet again didn’t answer a single call nor responded or returned any of the 3 voicemails we left. We looked up that we could schedule an appt through the app, so we did and went in the next morning to be told they couldn’t even look at our car for another 2 weeks. Extremely disappointed as we paid for extra warranty and haven’t even been able to use what we are paying for.”
