I brought my older car in for simple maintenance and was treated as though I had just bought a brand-new car. Turnaround was very fast and Volvo Cars West Houston even took me home and picked me up the next day from work when the car was done.”

“We have come in twice over the last week, with Christina as our service person. On the first visit, we showed up on time for our appointment and still had a 3 hour wait for a simple oil change and systems check. Everyone else who arrived after we did was taken care of first and the entire waiting room was cleared out before we were even given any sort of update on the status of the vehicle. When questioned about why our particular vehicle was taking so long, she got snappy and told us it was because the car battery was only at 40% so they needed to charge it. At no point were we given a heads up about what was happening until we asked, after waiting for over 2 hours. We had a follow up appointment today to get a stitch repaired with their upholstery person. Upon arriving and checking in, I was told the person who does upholstery was not working that day. But I was not given any notice or even an apology for the mishap. Christina was just flat out rude about the whole thing like "she didn't know" until right as I walked in for my scheduled service. I thought perhaps she was having a bad day the first time around, but it seems she is always rude, unprofessional, and disorganized. I would highly recommend a different person to work with.”
