“I called them to ask about this Ridgeline I was interested in and even spoke to the service department to ask what had been done to it. They were all nice and Walter told me it was a good truck with upto date maintenance. We decided to drive the 3 hours and a half to see it. Since it's a 2009, we decided to take it for a prepurchase inspection. While driving to the inspection, we had to reverse back because we took a wrong turn. While attempting to reverse back the truck got stuck and made a whining noise and didn't want to reverse. Warning codes came up on the dash and we parked it and called them to come and pick it up. Wasted time and gas. Then they asked us for jumper cables because it died. SERIOUSLY?! Worst experience of our lives while looking for a car. Tremendously disappointed.”

“My Mom's 09 Toyota Highlander got totaled 4 years ago. It was a Sport with black leather interior, AWD, and LOTS of miles on it. So for 4 years we have been searching for a replacement.
