Got everything done before I arrived all I had to do was sign and go! Will was quick to return calls and or text. He had all the answers! I will be a repeat customer!

“The entire process, from ordering our car with Crystal in Sales to working with Hasan in Finance (once the car arrived) was smooth sailing. They had us in and out quickly. Crystal kept us updated about the car's arrival. Hasan explained everything related to the purchase very well. Each of them have followed up with us after the sale and have been both professional and friendly. This is our second purchase with Crystal at Gillman Subaru. We love our new Outback.”

“Crystal was absolutely amazing again! She was quick, thorough,and always so friendly. This is our second Subaru in 6 months, heavily relying on her expertise and kindness. Courtney in finance was, again, amazing and very professional and easy to work with securing my financing for this amazing new vehicle. “Came here because of the good reviews and really thought we'd be driving home in a new car but this dealership was a waste of time.
My husband and I were serious about buying if the price was right. The salesman gave us a number that was way higher than what we'd been quoted at other dealerships. When we brought this up, he got the sales manager involved. We told them we'd need to come back with my in-laws since we want them to look over everything with us as we've previously had instances where the financials were not right on previous cars upon signing, but if they could work with us on the price, we were ready to buy.
The sales manager was straight up rude. I'm pretty sure he saw how young we are and just didn't take us seriously. Started saying stuff like we can't make a deal if we're not buying right now, that we're wasting his time, kept saying "why why why" before we're even done talking like a little child. I've worked in customer service industry before and he is exactly the opposite of what good customer service is, especially being a manager. We've been to multiple dealerships and they've all been willing to work with us and give quotes while we shop around. That's literally how shopping for a car works...
Ended up leaving and drove over to Gillman Subaru Southwest as they have been working with us and have been nothing but amazing (Izaiah and Ernesto, the sales manager, were awesome). Bought our Limited XT there the same day, got treated with respect and they wanted our business.
I would honestly put 0 stars if I could but I can't.”

“I’m not impressed with the service department my Subaru was there 7 times in a year and they aren’t good at calling and updating you. Takes them a while before you know anything or they just send you a text and expect you to know what all that means !
BUT
Brandon S was my sales guy and he was amazing !! He was patient , kind, informative and got me into a new(used) vehicle as painless as possible. Thank you Brandon! I would say he is the reason I give this place a 5 star! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”
