I finished work and came straight to Honda to get my car serviced and an oil change, and I had such a great experience! Daniel was incredibly prompt and quick to take care of everything. He explained my options clearly and let me know I could either wait about an hour or take an Uber home. I thought it was so thoughtful that Honda covers the Uber for customers — it made the whole process so convenient and stress-free. I was able to go home, rest, and not worry about waiting around. Truly such a smooth and pleasant experience. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I love the way Honda takes care of their customers — highly recommend! 🚗✨

I had a great experience at Sterling McCall Honda. Salesman Carter Derouen was very knowledgeable, and so kind. I was desperate for a car when the tow truck delivered me and my car to the dealership lol... Carter was able to get me into a 2023 Honda Civic and I am loving this car! Also, I would like to give a shout out to Ryan Lewis in finance for his patience with me and taking the time to explain things for me. I'm so glad I chose this dealership!

I purchased my second vehicle from this dealership after searching for approximately one year, based on prior satisfactory service. The dealer and finance manager met most of my purchase requests, including keeping my monthly payment under $400. Shortly after purchase, the vehicle experienced repeated mechanical failures requiring multiple repair visits and three rental vehicles. The vehicle is currently in the repair shop with repair costs exceeding $4,600, while its estimated value is approximately $5,300 per Carfax. After repairs at Sterling McCall Honda, the vehicle was returned with missing components and improperly secured parts. Communication was responsive during the sale but ceased afterward, with calls redirected to voicemail. The only resolution offered required selling the vehicle back for approximately half the remaining balance or accepting a significantly higher monthly payment. I am seeking relief due to the mechanical defects, diminished value, and lack of resolution. Ooo and my rental car is $75.00 a day- I will be patient and listen to their solutions for 3 more days than lawsuit if necessary. Attention Corporate: please email me - I need more than what they are offering.

I just wanted to say that the customer service is exceptional. I had 2 sales Representatives Traveon Boyd, & Carter Derouen helping me. These 2 gentleman listened to what my needs were. When you walk in ask for them by name. I was in and out. Also the Finance Manager Joseph was very knowledgeable on getting the best monthly payments that suited my budget. With the whole experience was great. I now know where to go for another vehicles in the future.

I had an amazing experience at Sterling McCall Honda Kingwood while leasing my 2025 Honda Prologue. My salesperson, Josiah, was very attentive and professional, going above and beyond my expectations. The service I received was warm, honest, and patient in answering all my questions. On top of that, the price was excellent. I am truly happy and grateful for the way I was treated. I definitely recommend this dealership!
