I went in for a 7:30AM appointment on a Friday morning using their full-service coupon for $70 (Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Battery Health Check, Brake Inspection, Coolant Inspection & Fluid Checks). Service was completed in about an hour and a half. Their waiting room is quite comfortable with complimentary coffee, very clean restrooms, and varied seating with free wifi. The technicians found reasonable suggestions for problems to resolve and Greg R. was very helpful. One issue I did have was that my coupon was not applied when I was charged, so I suggest verifying the end charge if you have any coupons.

This is my second vehicle purchase with Justino at Mossy Nissan, and I can confidently say he's truly the best salesperson in the business. Every experience has been seamless. My experience at Mossy Nissan was nothing short of seamless and straightforward. I love my new car! Derrick M. was very easy-going and was a huge help in guiding me through the purchase of my new car. He was communicative of updates and really made the process easy. Kudos to him for setting up my red bow experience and walking me through the Nissan owner app. I felt he had my best interest and they did not pressure me to purchase. I had all of my questions and worries addressed. I’m so happy that I chose Mossy Nissan over the others!

My experience was amazing. Let me start by saying that Jessie is a very knowledgeable salesman and patient. He answered all of our questions and did what he could to help out. The manager, Alberto, had a lot of patience. We had a higher interest rate, and he did what he could to bring it down. Melvin was also good, funny, and kind. He guided us through the whole insurance bundle and explained every detail. Jessie, Melvin, and Alberto worked together so I could leave in a brand-new 2025 Nissan Kicks. I truly am grateful I came to this dealership. They make a good team and have strong communication with each other. I will totally come back again in the future. I recommend Mossy Nissan to anyone who is looking to get a car. They know how to treat their client right.Thank you guys.
