“I had the best and easiest experience with Momentum Volkswagen. A huge thank you to Diana Hernandez in sales and Adrian in finance for making this happen! I spoke with Diana throughout the week and told her when I'd be coming in. She was ready and waiting. She was so knowledgeable about all the features it had. She was able to explain the differences in the trim levels. We sat down to discuss numbers. She was so transparent and NOT PUSHY. We agreed on a number in about 5 seconds, no kidding. We planned on going through our credit union. Adrian, with finance came and talked to us. He said he had no issue us going through them, but he politely asked if we would allow him to try and beat them. But was not pushy whatsoever. He was able to beat their rate. We said done deal. I don't think we were even there 2 hours. It was so easy, stress free, and a great deal.
I would definitely do business with me again and again. And I absolutely love my new Atlas Cross Sport!!”

“I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2026 Volkswagen Atlas from Momentum Volkswagen, and a big part of that was thanks to Maurice West.
From start to finish, Maurice was professional, transparent, and respectful of my time. I came in well-informed and with a clear idea of what I wanted, and he listened instead of trying to pressure me. He communicated clearly, answered all my questions honestly, and worked hard to earn my business.
What stood out most was that Maurice stayed straightforward and trustworthy throughout the process. No games, no unnecessary back-and-forth, just solid customer service and follow-through. I ended up getting a great deal on the exact vehicle I wanted, and the entire experience felt smooth and fair.

“I purchased a 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan on August 4, 2025, for approximately $13,500. At the time of purchase, I was told that the vehicle had undergone a full inspection and that all issues had been addressed.
Within a week of ownership, the brakes needed to be replaced, and I subsequently drove the vehicle about 1,400 miles more (totaling roughly 1,900 miles) before encountering additional issues, including a dead battery and, later, problems involving the alternator, module, intake manifold, and other components. Given the short distance driven, these issues were unexpected and concerning.
I attempted to return or trade the vehicle and was offered $5,500 by the dealership, which did not reflect the vehicle’s value after approximately 1,900 miles and a month and a half of ownership. Ultimately, I sold the Tiguan to another dealer for a disclosed amount, who then sold it at auction.
I spoke with the General Manager, who offered to assist with a service on a different VW vehicle I own. I countered with an additional form of support, and they accepted. I am pleased to report that the matter was resolved to my satisfaction.”

“Had a wonderful time with my salesman Tony Roberts. He was caring and understanding of what I was looking for. He did lots checking back and forth on my deal. He really knocked it out of the park on this deal with me. Another person that was quick and easy to help me out was Adrian Rodriguez. He helped me get thought the paperwork and we were out of there with ease. Loved his office! Very cool Halloween decor! This was the best time I ever had buying a used truck! Awesome job guys!”

“Where, do I start?! It took me two visits and I was sold. My sales persons was Diana Hernandez and she was amazing! The first day I went in I didn't do any research, so I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for in a car. I knew the make and model I wanted, but didn’t look into what that dealer had in inventory. Diana asked me all the right questions such as my price range, color preference, and some feature preferences I had in mind. She was very patient with me because I’m a very indecisive person. But I didn’t want to just settle for anything that day or rush my decision. I went home and browse their inventory on their website. I returned two weeks later and Diana and I sat down and went back through my options and I shared with her my top three favorites I saw on their inventory site. Out of the three only one had a panoramic sunroof. And I knew that was just one of the features I had to have! Diana pulled the car and went took it for a spin (test drive). I loved it soon as I stepped foot into the car. It was everything I want and more! I wasn’t really crazy on the color of the car but the vehicle was so beautiful inside and out I know the color wasn’t that big of a deal and I could deal with it. And now after 24 hours the color has grew on me and I love the car even more. The color is what makes my vehicle more unique! Overall I’m very happy with my new car, and the staff at Momentum Volkswagen are amazing! Thank you to Diana Hernandez and her manager Adrian Rodriguez. These two was so helpful and patient with me. They also answered so many of my questions and broke down a lot of things I didn’t know about car buying. We went over a lot in those 3 hours I was there. All the information they shared was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable! I felt like I didn’t just do business or made a deal at Momentum Volkswagen, I felt like I made new friends there.
